Location: Roudourou
Date: 05/02/2010
Kick-off: 7pm GMT
EAG will face Tours FC at the Roudourou on Friday night in an attempt to move out of the L2 relegation zone.
Guingamp showed great spirit to overturn a 2-0 deficit and earn a point away at local rivals Vannes OC last Saturday and will be looking to take some momentum into Friday’s game at home to mid-table Tours FC.
Guingamp have struggled to convert draws to wins at home this season, but have only lost once in 10 home league games. If EAG can start to pick up points at home they should start to move up the table with ease.
Tours have struggled with form recently with just the one league win in 6 games, they do however have the ligue 2 leading goal scorer in Olivier Giroud who has scored 15 goals in 22 league games. Giroud signed for Montpellier during the January transfer window but has been loaned back to Tours for the remainder of the season.
Guingamp are suffering with injuries at the moment and will be missing El Jadeyaoui, Grax and Hamroun as well as Thibault Giresse through suspension following his red card against Vannes.
A win for EAG on Friday could signal a change of fortunes for the ‘Red and Blacks’ and might see them begin to rise up the table.
Guingamp Squad:
Gauclin, Trévisan – Deroff, Koné, Bassila, Felipe, Delgado – Bellugou, Colleau, Diallo, Djoman, Ogunbiyi, Soumah – Scarpelli, Gilmar, Allaoui
