The stadium was unveiled in 1989 but the first match at the ground did not take place until August 1990, when Guingamp played Paris St Germain, the match was attended by over 10,000 spectators.
The stadium has evolved over several years and has seen many changes in recent years.
The stadium has four stands:

• Laterale Ouest
• Laterale Est
• Presidentielle
• Honneur

The stadium is located in the centre of the town and tickets can be purchased at the ground proir to kick off, or via the club shop located in the town square.
